Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on the gray button below any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping bag. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept all major debit & credit cards. There are no surcharges for this service. Items charged only when ready to ship.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Cheques and Bank Transfers
2BGifts is happy for you to use the site as a catalogue and to use the order form. Print the form off. Fax your order with credit card details to 01829 261 181. We accept orders with cheques and bank draft, your goods are dispatched when the funds have cleared.

Shipping And Handling
Normally, orders are fulfilled from stock allowing us to despacth by 1st Class post within 2 business days of ordering for our UK customers. For our customers outside of the UK, we endevour to get your orders out within 2 business days but we do rely on our international distributors for the pickup service

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: at Christmas time and other peak periods, delivery can take longer. We will advise you of this fact on the website.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT isincluded in the price. All other orders are VAT free

Credit Card Security
Making your purchase using a credit card is by far the most convenient way to shop with us whether you are paying in pounds or any other currency.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee so if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, simply return them either un-opened or in its original condition to the the address given in the "Reaching Us" section. Once we have received the goods we will refund any payments made for them.

Remittance Terms
All goods will be charged for on the date dispatched.
Cheque and Bank Drafts accepted - goods dispatched only when funds have been cleared.
Cheques and Bank Transfers must be in pounds sterling drawn on a UK clearing bank with all chargers prepaid.
